Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24-hours notice, you will be charged $50.00. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment the day of the appointment, you'll be charged 50% of the session fee.
No-shows
Future appointments will require a booking fee of 50% of the fee for the session booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your session, the time you are late is deducted from your session, and you will be charged for the full session booked.
